Our company is looking for a Senior Administration Coordinator (Procurement) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile stock on system to stock at co-op’s system;
- Contract management;
- Compile procurement contracts;
- Prepare invoices for payment to suppliers and producers;
- Collecting outstanding contracts;
- Stock control / management;
- Control all transactions and ensure it is updated on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- B.Comm degree with a completed honours degree preferred;
- Attention to detail and highly accurate;
- Excel;
- Strong with regards to financials.
