Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile stock on system to stock at co-op’s system;
  • Contract management;
  • Compile procurement contracts;
  • Prepare invoices for payment to suppliers and producers;
  • Collecting outstanding contracts;
  • Stock control / management;
  • Control all transactions and ensure it is updated on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • B.Comm degree with a completed honours degree preferred;
  • Attention to detail and highly accurate;
  • Excel;
  • Strong with regards to financials.
