Our company is looking for a Pastel Partner — Fulltime or Part time to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of Pastel Partner according to the Project Scope. New database setups and imports;
- Configuration and testing of data to comply with the Project Scope;
- Troubleshoot program errors;
- Perform system upgrades, installations, implementations and support;
- Experience of BIC/SIC reporting;
- Communicate with clients at different levels;
- Own transport required;
- Assist with all client’s requests;
- Microsoft SQL experience;
- Assist with go live, hand holding support;
- Prepare, plan and schedule training sessions.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of installation and support of Pastel Partner – at least 3 years;
- Experience on Pastel Partner and Evolution (beneficial). The position is for a support/consulting/training environment.
