Our company is looking for a Hr Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating annual increase process;
  • Contracts;
  • Developing and implementing company policies and procedures;
  • Dealing with all Full HR Generalist functions;
  • Workforce planning and employment;
  • Desiging performance appraisal guidelines;
  • Full function payroll of 100 employees;
  • Job descriptions;
  • Training, skills and development.

Requirements:

  • Roll over is also monthly processes for payroll;
  • Able to represent the company at CCMA in certain cases;
  • Must be able to capture payroll on Sage VIP;
  • Must be able to undertake third party payments and SARS payments month – E-filing;
  • Will be required to travel to Cape Town / Isando due to branches locality;
  • Tax Certificates every February;
  • Health and Safety Administration;
  • Must be able to understand manufacturing environment and admin (work hours);
  • Must be apply to apply Labour practices / Disciplinary code of conduct;
  • 5 Years HR experience;
  • Must be fluent in Afrikaans;
  • Must have a driver’s license and own vehicle;
  • Must have experience on VIP Payroll, VIP Premier HR and VIP ESS.
