Our company is looking for a HR Administrator (Junior Level) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile the documents as well as processing all Terminations (Resignations) and hand over to the Payroll Department to process and/or action;
  • Administrative assistance with Staff Savings Plan;
  • Confirmation of Payment to the various Unions;
  • Execute the AWOL process and ensure that AWOL communication is sent timeously and correct;
  • Take minutes of the meeting;
  • outcomes with PCC’s;
  • Ad Hoc Duties (not limited to);
  • Ordering and managing of Stationary for RSC (Restaurant Support Centre);
  • COW Uniform order – Do IR checks on all new recruits for COW and communicate;
  • Check and process COW packs;
  • Compile all documents for Department of Labour visits to Stores nationally;
  • Liaise with the Payroll Department to update any and all personal details received from Store Level staff members;
  • Responsible for submitting all Store Level related filing and/or documents to the Payroll Department.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • HR qualification;
  • Minimum 2-year experience in a similar role Computer literate (MS Office Packages).
