HR Administrator (Junior Level) Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a HR Administrator (Junior Level) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Compile the documents as well as processing all Terminations (Resignations) and hand over to the Payroll Department to process and/or action;
- Administrative assistance with Staff Savings Plan;
- Confirmation of Payment to the various Unions;
- Execute the AWOL process and ensure that AWOL communication is sent timeously and correct;
- Take minutes of the meeting;
- outcomes with PCC’s;
- Ad Hoc Duties (not limited to);
- Ordering and managing of Stationary for RSC (Restaurant Support Centre);
- COW Uniform order – Do IR checks on all new recruits for COW and communicate;
- Check and process COW packs;
- Compile all documents for Department of Labour visits to Stores nationally;
- Liaise with the Payroll Department to update any and all personal details received from Store Level staff members;
- Responsible for submitting all Store Level related filing and/or documents to the Payroll Department.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric);
- Excellent communication skills;
- HR qualification;
- Minimum 2-year experience in a similar role Computer literate (MS Office Packages).
