Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Organising meetings and booking meeting rooms;
  • Taking minutes and writing it up at Board Meetings;
  • Acting as a point of contact between the Executives and staff/visitors;
  • Handling correspondence;
  • Preparing and collating Board Packs;
  • Maintaining the filing and database system;
  • Assisting with presentations and reports;
  • Managing the Executive’s diaries;
  • Making travel arrangements and managing travel itineraries.

Requirements:

  • Must have your own reliable transport;
  • Computer literate with an excellent working knowledge of MS Office especially PowerPoint;
  • Detail orientation is essential;
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines;
  • Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills;
  • SharePoint Knowledge;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member;
  • Discretion;
  • Proven effective organizational, stress and time management skills;
