Our company is looking for a Senior Hr Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Management of employee benefits, General Office Administration;
- General Employee Welfare, employee assistance, Social responsibility and employee wellness programs;
- Participate in talent management retention strategies;
- Coordinate and process disciplinary/grievance hearings;
- Attend to conciliation and arbitration hearings when required;
- Give advice to management and consult on HR/Industrial relations;
- Participate in HR Planning & processing of HR related administration;
- Supervision of activities and duties of the HR Officer;
- Promote a good relationship between Management and shop stewards.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Higher National Diploma or Degree in HR Management;
- Good interpersonal skills, must be able to work under pressure;
- Minimum of Five 3 years experience in a Human Resources Environment/Department;
- Knowledge of Recruitment, Selection and Placement techniques.
