Our company is looking for a Senior Hr Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of employee benefits, General Office Administration;
  • General Employee Welfare, employee assistance, Social responsibility and employee wellness programs;
  • Participate in talent management retention strategies;
  • Coordinate and process disciplinary/grievance hearings;
  • Attend to conciliation and arbitration hearings when required;
  • Give advice to management and consult on HR/Industrial relations;
  • Participate in HR Planning & processing of HR related administration;
  • Supervision of activities and duties of the HR Officer;
  • Promote a good relationship between Management and shop stewards.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Higher National Diploma or Degree in HR Management;
  • Good interpersonal skills, must be able to work under pressure;
  • Minimum of Five 3 years experience in a Human Resources Environment/Department;
  • Knowledge of Recruitment, Selection and Placement techniques.
