Our company is looking for a Manager: Parts / Agri to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Organising, coordinating and attending Farmers days, agricultural events and marketing conferences;
  • Plan bi-annual stock takes;
  • Daily liaison with the general manager (DP) for outstanding parts on workshop carry-overs;
  • Liaise with suppliers on back orders;
  • Hold regular meetings/reviews with staff to improve business growth;
  • Perform daily checks on stock takes and ordering;
  • Motivate staff to sell;
  • Experience with a renowned Dealer Management System is required;
  • Identifying, developing and establishing new markets within Southern Africa and Mozambique;
  • Developing and distributing strategies and marketing plans for the product range;
  • Analyse management accounts and take required corrective measures;
  • Ensuring Sales Team and Technical Advisors are trained on the application of specific AGRI products;
  • Inventory control perform daily stock checks on at least 20 part numbers, and delegate perpetuals;
  • Monitoring market trends and changes and adjusting distribution channels accordingly;
  • Liaising with Senior Management regarding new product opportunities.

Requirements:

  • AVCASA accreditation, will be an advantage;
  • a B.Tech. Agric or B.Sc. Agric degree, strong advantage;
  • Matric.
