Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources;
- People oriented and results driven;
- Metal Industry Experience (MEIBC);
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices;
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role with exposure to BBBEE;
- Matric/ Grade 12 Certificate;
- Hands-on and proactive approach;
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills;
- Training and development skills essential;
- Experience working in an international company ( must have experience dealing with colleagues overseas);
- Minimum 5 years’ in a management role;
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality and work ethic;
- Agency / creative industry experience;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Good understanding of South African labour laws and practices.
