Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent;
  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating operations on a regional basis including managing operations to cross-border countries;
  • Exceptional communication skills;
  • Successful track record managing staff;
  • A minimum of 10 years experience in a transport role;
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team;
  • 5 years working experience in a similar company in a managment position;
  • Strong in setting and achieving goals and standards;
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills;
  • Technical / Engineering / Industrial based Diploma or Degree;
  • Energetic, Driven and Technically minded individual;
  • Hospitality qualification and 5 years management experience of an hotel with similar star grading;
  • Based in Johannesburg;
  • Strong analytical ability.
