Our company is looking for a Finance Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Check and finalise all COD creditors and monthly accounts for payment;
  • Manage all elements regarding Petty Cash;
  • Monitor and check accounts due for payment;
  • Ad hoc assistance to various departments with financial info as and when required;
  • Manage all fortnightly and month end subbie and creditors payments by checking and loading for signoff;
  • Process and reconcile all bank accounts and review supporting documentation;
  • Oversee Wages and Salaries to sign off and load for payment;
  • Manage account payables and receivable activities in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Diploma or Degree in Accounting;
  • Debtors and creditors experience;
  • Knowledge of VAT and payroll;
  • Own transport — preferable;
  • Matric/ Grade 12 Certificate;
  • Buildsmart experience will be an added advantage;
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • 3 – 5 years’ finance experience.
