Finance Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Finance Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Check and finalise all COD creditors and monthly accounts for payment;
- Manage all elements regarding Petty Cash;
- Monitor and check accounts due for payment;
- Ad hoc assistance to various departments with financial info as and when required;
- Manage all fortnightly and month end subbie and creditors payments by checking and loading for signoff;
- Process and reconcile all bank accounts and review supporting documentation;
- Oversee Wages and Salaries to sign off and load for payment;
- Manage account payables and receivable activities in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in Accounting;
- Debtors and creditors experience;
- Knowledge of VAT and payroll;
- Own transport — preferable;
- Matric/ Grade 12 Certificate;
- Buildsmart experience will be an added advantage;
- Excellent computer skills;
- 3 – 5 years’ finance experience.
