Our company is looking for a Area Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Being in charge of the office;
- Looking for deals;
- Marketing, presenting and building networks;
- Writing deals;
- Provide direct management of senior program and support staff; provide overview management for the entire Kakuma team;
- Ensure that DRC Dynamics(ERP) system is fully used in the area office used in managing Supply Chain, Finance, HR and Grant Management;
- Provide on-site support through frequent visits to project sites.
Requirements:
- Experience in Heavy Vehicle industry;
- Computer Literacy in MS Office;
- Must be willing to travel;
- 3-6 years sales management experience in Financial Services;
- +10 years experience in Civil Engineering;
- Professionally registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer;
- Degree in Civil Engineering;
- Marketing Degree (Advantageous);
- Must have strong business development skills.
