National Projects/Oil&Gas/Marine Logistics Development Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a National Projects/Oil&Gas/Marine Logistics Development Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and organizes team to effectively accomplish BU’s revenue and gross margin targets;
- Develop sales, client relationships and development with full visibility in CRM software in the fields of O&G, Mining, Overland and projects;
- Identify new business opportunities – strategic guidance to team on winning new business and developing existing clients.
Requirements:
- You have minimum 10 years experience in the Oil & Gas/Projects Market;
- You have minimum Bachelors Degree, preferred Master’s Degree, as well as MBA or equivalent and you have Project Management Certificate;
- You speak fluent English;
- You have experience in South African projects, cross-border and overland operations;
- It is preferred if have direct experience of managing major scale projects and leadership experience;
- You have technical background in the O&G and Projects market and excellent multi-cultural Leadership and Communication;
- You have high level of emotional intelligence in the following areas: self-awareness, social awareness, self-management, relationship management.
