Our company is looking for a IT Technician to join our team.
- Meet and exceed Service Level expectations while working with various business units’ processes, tools, technologies and procedures;
- Provide direct technical and product support to staff;
- Ensure compliance with IT and business Policies and procedures;
- Provide leadership in the deployment, configuration and continual support for computer equipment;
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives/projects simultaneously with accuracy.
- Willingness to be on call;
- Creative problem solving ability;
- Excellent communication skill, both in front of the client and via telephone;
- Expert communications skills; able to clearly and concisely express information (or data) to non technical associates, peers and management;
- Proven ability to troubleshoot under pressure;
- Self-Management & Strong Documentation Skills;
- Experience within the IT Outsourced Environment would be advantageous;
- Sound Client Facing, Written & Verbal Communication;
- A Team player with a «Can Do» attitude.
