Our company is looking for a Field Service Engineer (Diesel Commercial) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Track, manage and resolve product issues to ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction is maintained;
- Reduce warranty costs by providing Dealers with correct technical information & assistance;
- Provide product technical & diagnostic support;
- Drive customer satisfaction by resolving technical product issues;
- Provide highest standard of on-site technical support to Isuzu Dealer Network.
Requirements:
- Transmission and driveline systems;
- 7 years minimum experience in mechanical, electrical & diagnostic field of automotive engineering;
- Engine fuel related systems;
- Braking systems;
- Electronic systems (programming, diagnose, repair & support);
- The use and interpretation of electronic fault finding and measuring equipment;
- Advanced Diagnostics skills and unique ability to think “outside the box”
- Must have thorough understanding of: Basic workshop best practices;
- Trade Tested & qualified automotive mechanic (petrol, or diesel & Electrical;
- Ability to read and interpret information contained in the workshop manuals;
- National diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Preferred).
