Our company is looking for a Software Team Lead (PHP, Laravel) — JHB to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Implement efficient and scalable web services;
- Collaborate with the management team to build new features and infrastructure;
- Promote top programming practices and standards;
- Write maintainable code that is easy to read and well-documented;
- Lead and mentor a team of backend and frontend developers in an agile environment.
Requirements:
- Version Control tools such as Git;
- Laravel PHP framework;
- An understanding of frontend technologies JavaScript, JSON, CSS, HTML5;
- Cloud technologies such as AWS;
- Container Management tools such as Docker or Vagrant;
- A strong background in database administration and MySQL;
- Demonstrated experience leading a team of developers in a production environment;
- 3+ Years’ experience working extensively with PHP in a production environment;
- An understanding of the software development life cycle and planning, building, deploying and testing software.
