Our company is looking for a Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Admin function;
  • Debtors;
  • Act as back up to nominated “buddy” in the team when required, i.e. sick or annual leave;
  • Prepare and submit Welcome Packs to Wealth Manager and/or client on;
  • Liaising with customers;
  • PA duties;
  • Complete all Network Next training within the stipulated timeframes;
  • Manage and build relationships between the internal stakeholders – Wealth Management, BCU and Compliance;
  • Ensures a good working relationship with all product providers – internal and external;
  • Prepares holistic financial plans for clients, as guided by the WM;
  • Adhere to all compliance requirements of the business;
  • Maintain accurate records;
  • Identify and analyse required information that is needed to complete a proposal/instruction/review/estate plan/retirement plan/cash flow;
  • Assist business with annual audits;
  • Adhoc projects as and when required by the Business Unit.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both English and Afrikaans;
  • Must live in Ballito/surrounding areas;
  • Broad knowledge of the Bank’s internal structures, policies and procedures, infrastructure and systems;
  • Candidate will manage 5-6 office personnel;
  • Must know Forex and banking practices;
  • Computer Literate (Excel, Word);
  • Matric;
  • Problem solving;
  • BCom;
  • Admin/PA experience;
  • Preferably with systems thinking skills;
  • Must be able to use Pastel Accounting;
  • coordination skills;
  • Must be able to Import/Export documentation;
  • Must have own transport.
