Our company is looking for a Training Specialist, Road to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- The driver trainer will maintain records of driver behaviour and track improvements so drivers are able to meet KPIs;
- The driver trainer will spend time travelling with the drivers and assess and monitor those that are high risk;
- The person will be dealing with new technology in terms of rating drivers based on their fuel consumption and driving habits.
Requirements:
- Able to work independently;
- Experience in training on all types of trucks and trailers with a focus on super links;
- Must have own vehicle;
- Must have the ability to travel nationally as required;
- Minimum of 5 years experience in driver training;
- Must have a Code 14 Drivers Licence;
- Sound communication ability;
- Results driven individual.
