Our company is looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain and distribute Project Schedules and Project documentation;
  • Define low-level tasks, provide task duration estimates and identify task interdependencies on consultation with the relevant Line Managers;
  • Manage planning, monitoring, implementation and closure of projects;
  • Resource scheduling and management;
  • Manage customer delivery expectations;
  • Customer Service Satisfaction;
  • Reporting and updating the progress from site to Managing Member;
  • Preparation and updating of monthly budgets and weekly cash flows;
  • Complete management reports for Shareholder meetings and Tenant management meetings as necessary;
  • Schedule regular update session with project participants to obtain feedback on project progress (actual versus agreed timelines and milestones);
  • Check project progress between milestones with project participants;
  • Administer and manage final accounts with Contractors incorporating penalties were applicable;
  • Evaluate available resources against required resources;
  • Defines the engineering organisation charts, staffing and personnel roles with engineering discipline departments;
  • Assist employees in managing their project time and ensure the optimal scheduling or employee time.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to schedule in MS Project;
  • ISEB or APM qualified;
  • Project Management experience is essential;
  • Experience working in an agile framework;
  • BSc, BEng or BTech in Electrical Engineering;
  • Must have a minimum 5 years Project Management experience;
  • A formal qualification in Project Management such as PMP or Prince 2;
  • Basic Microsoft Access;
  • MS Project skillsÂ;
  • Vast experience working on large and notable building developments;
  • High level competency in project management frameworks, tools & methodologies;
  • PMP preferable, not mandatory;
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering/ Management;
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Projects;
  • Extensive automotive experience.
