Our company is looking for a Manager: Project Office & Business Process Ana to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality assurance of process developments and changed processes;
  • IT Implementation Projects;
  • Effectively and consciously manage the project stakeholders’ expectations;
  • Business Implementation Projects;
  • Provide accurate project status reports for internal and external stakeholders;
  • Assist Sales and Pre-Sales team with the promotion of Project Management;
  • Instrumental in analyzing and documenting business processes and business process requirements;
  • To effectively plan the resource allocation and the project pipeline of the project team and align project managers to new projects;
  • Monitor and report on the resource utilization of the project management team;
  • Assist the Project Management resources with any other project tasks as required;
  • Customer Implementation Projects;
  • Strategic Business Projects;
  • Drive implementation of approved and prioritized business requirements;
  • Implement change understanding the impact to the business ensuring continued operation;
  • Effectively plan and manage the day to day activities of the project administration staff.

Requirements:

  • Matric;
  • Minimum 5 years management experience;
  • MS Office proficiency with Advanced user of Microsoft Project;
  • 5 — 8 of Business Analyst and / or Project Management years’ experience;
  • Prince2 Foundation — Practitioner and or PMBOK – Practitioner.
