  • Eager to learn and grow;
  • Sourcing tactics, headhunting and the ability to effectively screen and shortlist;
  • Min 2 years Tech Recruit Experience (ideally from an agency environment);
  • Ability to work independently;
  • High energy levels;
  • Self-motivated and self-driven.
