Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed plan to track progress;
  • Report and escalate to management as needed;
  • Manage several projects concurrently (multi-tasking);
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation;
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors;
  • Manage operational activities, including user requests and system improvements;
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders;
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and budget;
  • Provide timeline and budget reports to Clients;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors;
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
  • Manage key deliverables/tasks with internal team;
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • PMP certification advantageousÂ;
  • Matric;
  • IT qualification;
  • At least 12 years work experience in the Industry;
  • Formal Tertiary Qualification;
  • Scrum Master an advantage;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Grade 12;
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus;
  • At least 6 years of work experience in an IT Project Manager role;
  • Certified Scrum Master;
  • Proven experience in project/task management;
  • Must be able to schedule in MS ProjectÂ;
  • 5-8 years experience as a project managerÂ;
  • Must have run projects using Agile methodologyÂ.
