Our company is looking for a Human Resources Practitioner to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, selection and onboarding of wage employees;
- Represent the business unit at the CCMA, up to arbitration;
- Assist with and coordinate relevant training & development initiatives;
- Plan and execute various engagement initiatives and CSI activities;
- HR administration, analysis and reporting;
- Provide advice and support on all HR policy & procedure implementation.
Requirements:
