Our company is looking for a Human Resources Practitioner to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment, selection and onboarding of wage employees;
  • Represent the business unit at the CCMA, up to arbitration;
  • Assist with and coordinate relevant training & development initiatives;
  • Plan and execute various engagement initiatives and CSI activities;
  • HR administration, analysis and reporting;
  • Provide advice and support on all HR policy & procedure implementation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role or position;
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience within an unionized operational/production environment;
  • Good communication, reasoning and negotiating skills;
