Requirements:

  • Extremely well versed in Industrial Relations and Negotiations and also very clued up on all Legal Requirements and Labour Related Legislation;

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management;

  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally;
  • Own car and valid drivers license;
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role or position;
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a HR Generalist within the warehousing or manufacturing environments;
  • Relevant tertiary qualification;
  • Good communication, reasoning and negotiating skills.
