Client Lead — Senior Consulting Role Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Client Lead — Senior Consulting Role to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting playbooks with the Client Services Unit Lead to be leveraged during the scaling phase;
- Work with internal teams that are based remotely and in different time zones without negatively impacting client delivery;
- Coordinate between the client and internal teams and driving an operational target driven approach;
- Learn about the client’s business challenges and technologies to understand their business needs; potentially interview company personnel;
- Understand SQNs scalable platform and be able to work with the tools and technologies available;
- Coach and apprentice junior consultant colleagues.
Requirements:
- MBA (Master’s of Business Administration) an advantage;
- Ability to coach clients and facilitate workshops;
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration , economics , engineering or computer science;
- 5+ years work experience, experience working with clients preferable at EM/PM level ideally;
- Additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, French preferred.
