Our company is looking for a Business Analyst (Retail, Supply Chain, Digital) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a centralised library for all business processes and systems documentation (quality management);
- Faciliate the business processes and systems enhancement process by;
- Perform the full development life cycle in order to implement the process and system changes;
- Follow the governance and prioritisation processes required by the company for change requests and projects respectively;
- Identify business process and/or systems gaps and/or record process changes request by the business;
- Provision of detail docmentation of current information, data and solutions;
- Effectively manage change requests from business stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Presentation of business processes and system solutions to both software developers and the business;
- Business and functional requirements elicitation;
- Formal accredited qualification in Business Analytics is highly desirable;
- Determine business solutions and assess them for both technical and business compatibility.
