Our company is looking for a Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow principles of good design and ensure it is of the highest quality, focusing on attention to detail;
  • Sharing knowledge and being open to learn from others, be they senior or junior to you;
  • Work closely with key stakeholders through consistent communication;
  • Helping to support the leadership team in the delivery of key initiatives;
  • Have the ability to work within strict brand guidelines;
  • Coaching more junior members of the team;
  • The ability to interpret stakeholder briefs, and communicate them thereafter;
  • Able to be collaborative with all teams within Creative as well as self-manage;
  • Create innovative digital designs and modifications as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma in design or equivalent qualifications;
  • 5+ years experience;
  • high familiarity with game engines (like Unity/Unreal engine);
  • Spine;
  • 2D & 3D design;
  • Illustrator;
  • Photoshop;
  • InDesign;
  • AfterEffects;
  • A graphic storyteller to communicate their ideas to clients and colleagues;
  • Excellent time, organisational and project management skills;
  • Attention to detail at all times;
  • Passion, enthusiasm and a creative flair;
  • You must be a beeeeg dreamer, highly creative and imaginative;
  • A flexible approach when working in a team.
