Our company is looking for a BI: Change Manager: Maternity Cover to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Stakeholders and technical staff with regards to Scheduled Changes;
  • Responsible for Post Implementation Reviews;
  • Business benefit, Risk and Impact assessment of all changes;
  • Successful delivery of Change Management procedures and methodologies;
  • Monitor and report on the status of Changes;
  • Manage and deliver BI marketing and communication plans (including newsletters, Town Hall Updates, Community of Practice (COP) events, and other;
  • Negotiate appropriate change windows with Business;
  • Continuously seek opportunities to increase the level of satisfaction the wider business experiences from the BI business unit;
  • Support the Head of BI and the Service Delivery Lead to manage different stakeholder expectations and relationships (inside and outside of the group);
  • Regular review of system Workflow approvals;
  • Monthly and quarterly reporting.

Requirements:

  • Business process management;
  • Project Management/coordinating experience will be a recommendation;
  • Release & Configuration Management experience will be advantageous;
  • Understanding of ITIL Governance;
  • Technical background will be advantageous;
  • 3+ years experience in a Change Management role is essential;
  • ITIL Foundation or/ and Change Management Practitioners Certification or/ and Transition Management Practitioner Certification. (Recommended);
  • 5 — 7 Years IT Experience.
