BI: Change Manager: Maternity Cover Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a BI: Change Manager: Maternity Cover to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Stakeholders and technical staff with regards to Scheduled Changes;
- Responsible for Post Implementation Reviews;
- Business benefit, Risk and Impact assessment of all changes;
- Successful delivery of Change Management procedures and methodologies;
- Monitor and report on the status of Changes;
- Manage and deliver BI marketing and communication plans (including newsletters, Town Hall Updates, Community of Practice (COP) events, and other;
- Negotiate appropriate change windows with Business;
- Continuously seek opportunities to increase the level of satisfaction the wider business experiences from the BI business unit;
- Support the Head of BI and the Service Delivery Lead to manage different stakeholder expectations and relationships (inside and outside of the group);
- Regular review of system Workflow approvals;
- Monthly and quarterly reporting.
Requirements:
- Business process management;
- Project Management/coordinating experience will be a recommendation;
- Release & Configuration Management experience will be advantageous;
- Understanding of ITIL Governance;
- Technical background will be advantageous;
- 3+ years experience in a Change Management role is essential;
- ITIL Foundation or/ and Change Management Practitioners Certification or/ and Transition Management Practitioner Certification. (Recommended);
- 5 — 7 Years IT Experience.
