A great Cook is required for a five star boutique hotel which has been operational in Umhlanga Rocks for 24 years. This is a full time day job which requires an individual who is very well spoken and who believes in offering the highest level of service at all times. Previous experience working in a kitchen is absolutely essential as is the ability to remain calm under pressure. We are looking for an individual who is able to work as part of a team as well as independently. The successful chef needs to be honest and trustworthy and have the ability to communicate well with members of staff as well as guests of the hotel. A good understanding of stock control is essential.
