You'll capture, check and file information for a municipal contract project in Johannesburg CBD, fast and clean. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.
This post is Johannesburg CBD-based, with most of your time spent at a municipal contract project.
The work, day to day
- Scan and index files so they can be found by reference number.
- Update client records when addresses or banking details change.
- Hit daily volume targets with an accuracy score above 98%.
- Enter sales orders on SAP or Sage and print picking slips.
- Prepare simple Excel reports on volumes and backlogs.
Must-haves
- Typing speed of at least 35 wpm with good accuracy
- A matric pass, any subjects
- Comfortable with overtime at month-end
- Careful with personal information and confidentiality
- Six months of admin or capturing work, or a completed learnership
