Business Analyst

This position would suit a dynamic self-starter with strong analytical skills who enjoys working with documentation and detail. The successful candidate will be comfortable communicating across all levels and functions of the business, managing multiple projects and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements

• Gather and document business and reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional documentation.
• Manage requirement changes and maintain BA documentation.
• Continuously improve analysis tools and processes.

Process & Project Support

• Document procedures and workflows.
• Support project delivery and backlog grooming within the PMO.
• Support UAT and ensure features meet documented requirements.
• Perform all other tasks related to the role.

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• 3–5 years of similar business analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of the payments environment, including retailers, digital payments, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement and acquiring.
• Full understanding of the Microsoft suite.
• Experience with Draw.IO, Jira, Confluence and Visio.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.
• Fluent in business English; additional languages will be beneficial.
