Project Engineer - Solar Energy

Key Responsibilities Provide technical engineering support throughout the project lifecycle of solar PV installations.
Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, and equipment specifications from contractors.
Oversee the quality control and progress of solar project construction on-site.
Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of project materials and equipment.
Assist in the commissioning, testing, and handover of solar power plants.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during project execution.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering, with a significant focus on solar PV projects.
Strong understanding of solar technologies, system design, and performance modeling.
Experience with project management software and tools.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
