Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Manage treasury, cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Perform group consolidations across four entities.
- Conduct detailed inventory analysis and stock reconciliations.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
- Ensure IFRS compliance and statutory reporting.
- Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Drive financial controls, governance and process improvements.
- Partner with operational teams to improve profitability and financial performance.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:- CA(SA) qualification (Non-negotiable).
- Minimum 8 years' post-articles finance experience .
- Proven experience within the coal mining industry .
- Strong background in financial reporting, treasury and group consolidations.
- Experience managing multiple legal entities.
- Exposure to inventory analysis within a mining environment.
