What You'll Be Doing

Deliver Strategic Projects

• Develop and deliver strategic software solutions on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and efficient applications.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of projects that provide real value to customers and stakeholders.

Drive Quality and Best Practices

• Champion software quality through effective testing, code reviews, and adherence to development standards.
• Ensure solutions are built using industry best practices and sustainable design principles.
• Promote clean, maintainable, and reusable code across development teams.

System Maintenance & Enhancement

• Resolve support requests and work orders within agreed timelines.
• Maintain and enhance existing systems while minimizing defects and ensuring application stability.
• Assist in modernizing applications and adopting new technologies to improve functionality and performance.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

• Work closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
• Share technical knowledge and mentor team members where appropriate.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing knowledge transfer and system understanding.

Continuous Learning & Improvement

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and development methodologies.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.
• Contribute to improving engineering processes, standards, and development practices.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant software development experience .
• Formal training or certifications in related technologies will be advantageous.

Technical Skills

Essential:

• Strong experience with Angular .
• Understanding of modern front-end development principles.
• Experience with front-end styling technologies, including:
  • CSS3
  • LESS
  • SASS
• Proficiency with development tools and source code management practices.
• Good understanding of software development standards and coding best practices.

Advantageous:

• NgRx State Management
• ASP.NET and other front-end technologies
• C#
• .NET Core
• WCF
• Web API
• SQL Server
• Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification
