About the RoleOur client is actively seeking an accomplished Lead Pharmaceutical Scientist to spearhead innovative projects within their dynamic R&D division.

You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our pharmaceutical pipeline, leading teams to explore novel therapeutic avenues and optimize existing drug formulations.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage scientific research teams focused on drug development and formulation.
Develop and implement strategic research plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Oversee experimental design, execution, and data interpretation for key research initiatives.
Foster a culture of scientific rigor, innovation, and collaboration within the remote research group.
Prepare comprehensive technical reports, patent applications, and regulatory documentation.
Present research findings to senior management and external stakeholders.
RequirementsMaster's or Ph.D. degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related life science discipline.
Extensive experience (10+ years) in pharmaceutical research and development, with a strong focus on leading projects.
Proven expertise in drug discovery, formulation development, and analytical techniques.
Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with a capacity to lead remote teams effectively.
Strong understanding of regulatory affairs and quality control in the pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for clear scientific articulation.
