Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality pastries and desserts Follow established recipes while contributing creativity and fresh ideas Maintain exceptional hygiene and cleanliness standards within the pastry kitchen Support senior chefs with daily pastry operations Assist with the preparation of breads, cakes, tarts and plated desserts Ensure all pastry sections are well organised and fully prepared Consistently deliver products that meet the highest quality standards Contribute to an exceptional guest dining experience Requirements Formal culinary or pastry qualification preferred 12 years' experience in a pastry or baking role Previous luxury hospitality experience advantageous Passion for pastry arts and eagerness to learn and grow Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and team-oriented approach ?
