In this role, you will support factory HR administration by managing return-to-work processes, employee records, recruitment, payroll information and training arrangements. You will assist employees with HR queries and ensure records are accurate. Experience with time and attendance, leave administration and HR systems will be essential to your success.
To be considered, candidates should hold a relevant tertiary qualification (minimum National Diploma in Human Resources Management or similar). This role also requires 1–2 years’ relevant experience, with FMCG/Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
