Relevant tertiary qualification (Degree or equivalent)
Minimum 5+ years experience in sales or account management
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong experience within the payments, collections, or FinTech industry
Established network within the South African payments market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong organisational skills
