Buying & Admin Clerk

Full-time

BGA Recruitment

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buying & Admin Clerk to join our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing products and supplies, managing supplier relationships, maintaining inventory levels, assisting with promotions, and completing general administrative duties such as purchase orders, cash-ups, stationery ordering, and reporting.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while meeting strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing and supplier negotiations
  • Monitor stock levels and inventory turnover
  • Assist with promotions and marketing coordination
  • Process purchase orders and maintain accurate pricing
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Handle general administrative duties and reporting
  • Ensure excellent internal customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
