Must be able to work in about 2 weeks time / end of June, for a 5-6 week stint. Candidate requirements;
- Must have experience working in luxury bush lodges
- Must be detail-orientated
- Knowledge of Food and Beverages is essential
- Must be able to create an enjoyable and memorable experience for all guests
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Overseeing the daily operations of the lodge
- Managing a team of staff members
- Maintaining excellent service
- Hosting and interacting with the guests
