A wellestablished organization within the agricultural and FMCG sector, based in Somerset West, is seeking a Management Accountant to join its finance team. Operating in a dynamic, productiondriven environment, this role requires someone who can deliver accurate reporting, manage complex cost structures, and provide meaningful insight to support business decisions. You’ll be involved in core management accounting activities while supporting strategic initiatives across operations, investments, and international transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts and reporting packs
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis
- Manage and monitor CAPEX processes and reporting
- Analyse costing and operational performance across business units
- Support forex analysis and reporting related to international transactions
- Provide financial insight to support commercial and operational decisions
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and strengthen controls and processes
- Partner with stakeholders to improve efficiency and profitability
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Degree in Finance / Accounting
- CIMA / SAICA / SAIPA qualification or in progress
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in a Management Accountant role
- Experience within agriculture, FMCG, or similar operational industries preferred
- Strong exposure to management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience with CAPEX and financial modelling
- Exposure to forex accounting and analysis advantageous
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problemsolving ability
- Ability to operate in a fastpaced, operational environment
