We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Associate to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about maintaining high-quality facilities and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for guests and staff. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. Perform general maintenance and repair tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry). Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards. Assist with preventive maintenance programs. Work closely with other departments to resolve issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 Certificate Proven maintenance experience (hospitality experience advantageous) Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry Solid troubleshooting skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities High attention to detail and quality Good communication and teamwork skills
