Commercial Operations Manager - Manufacturing

Minimum Requirements
- CA(SA), CIMA, or an equivalent finance qualification.
- Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in commercial finance, costing, profitability analysis, and leadership.
- Strong experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business partnering.
- Experience with commercial costing and profitability optimisation.
- SAP experience will be advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute commercial strategy.
- Drive profitability through detailed costing, financial analysis, and operational insights.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Analyse operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support cost optimisation initiatives.
