Branch Manager

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric
2+ years experience in a similar role
Basic bookkeeping skills
Valid driver's license and own transport
Job Responsibilities:
Staff Management: Train, schedule, and supervise staff. Evaluate staff performance. Checking quality of work done prior to handover.
Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive professional, efficient and friendly customer service. Handling customer complaints and insurance claims.
Financial Administration: Monitor daily receipts, manage takings, float and cash flow. Send out monthly accounts, managing debtors book and banking. Capturing daily and monthly sales. Produce and submit sales reports monthly. Submission of accounting information to accountants.
Store Operations: Control stock, order stationery/supplies, and ensure store equipment (is operational. Identify slow stock, introduce new stock. Collect stock from suppliers.
Profitability: Drive sales and ensure that monthly sales targets are reached. Adjust pricing as and when required. Negotiate pricing with suppliers. Checking service provider billing.
Marketing: Attend functions as and when required to promote the business. Ensure that social media and printed advertising is regularly updated and circulated. Stay abreast of community events, identifying marketing and sales opportunities. Networking with the community and tenants.
Oversee day-to-day store operations, focusing on professional and efficient customer service, staff supervision, and financial administration.
Ensure the business runs profitably by managing courier, printing, and design services
Serve customers
