About the RoleOur client, a growing financial services firm, is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join their bustling office in Centurion, Gauteng .
This is a vital on-site role responsible for providing first-class support to our diverse client base.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

This position requires you to be physically present at our Centurion office to ensure immediate and face-to-face customer engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and service-related requests.Process customer transactions and update account information accurately.Identify and elevate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.RequirementsPrevious experience in a customer service or support role (at least 1 year preferred).
