A leading private healthcare facility in Kimberley is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join their clinical team. We are committed to providing the highest standards of patient care and are looking for a professional who shares our passion for excellence in nursing.
Responsibilities
- Accurately monitor, record, and interpret patient vital signs and clinical data, reporting any significant changes to the medical team promptly.
- Provide comprehensive and professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the SANC scope of practice and hospital protocols.
- Strictly adhere to infection prevention and control standards to maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments with high accuracy, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Valid and active registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Registered Nurse.
- A Diploma or Degree in Nursing (General, Psychiatric, Community and Midwifery).
- Minimum 2-3 years of post-qualification clinical nursing experience in a hospital or private clinic setting.
- Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to handle complex medical situations with composure and expertise.
