We are seeking a Financial/Company Accountant with payroll experience to join our Cape Town office. This is a growth-focused opportunity for someone motivated to evolve into a future management role. Accuracy is critical, and we value individuals who are detail-driven, humble, and eager to grow with us. Key Requirements
- Proven experience in both accounting and payroll
- Xero experience (essential)
- Sage Payroll experience (preferred)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and growth-oriented

- Humble attitude with leadership potential
- Gross Salary: ZAR 35,000/month (paid via direct deposit)
- Bonus: Quarterly performance-based bonus scheme
- Medical Aid: R1,500/month company contribution (after probation)
- Transport: Heavily subsidised company transport
- Retirement: Pension fund included
- Leave: 18 days annual leave, plus 12 paid SA public holidays
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:0019:00 (RSA time)
