If you are a seasoned developer looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect fit.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable and robust backend services using Python and Django.Build and manage RESTful APIs to support our web and mobile applications.Optimize application performance, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and ensure system stability.Work with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases as needed.Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features.Implement security and data protection measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge within the team.Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making.Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions.Mentor junior developers and share expertise to foster team growth.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend development.Strong proficiency in Python and deep experience with the Django framework.Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.Solid understanding of database design and management (SQL and/or NoSQL).
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.Understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a remote team environment.Experience in the FinTech industry is highly desirable.Benefits
