- You will have a tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or a related field, although candidates with extensive relevant experience will also be considered.
- You must have a minimum of 3 years' proven experience in an Accounts Payable or General Accounting role within a fast-paced environment.
- A proven track record in managing the full accounts payable function, including invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, payment runs and bank reconciliations is essential.
- Displayed expertise in foreign currency transactions, international payments and foreign exchange processes is essential.
- Solid working experience in Microsoft Excel and MS Office is required, with previous exposure to online banking platforms and expense management systems such as Concur being advantageous.
- You must possess excellent numerical accuracy, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting strict deadlines.
- You must be able to work independently, maintain accurate financial records and build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- You must have a valid driver's licence, own reliable transport and a clear criminal and credit record.
