An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Junior Financial Manager to join a well-established and growing organisation. This role is ideal for a finance professional looking to take the next step into a management position while working closely with senior leadership and supporting a high-performing finance team. ????????????:
BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles (advantageous).
35 years' relevant accounting or finance experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting principles.
Experience preparing management accounts.
Sound knowledge of VAT and South African financial regulations.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience working on ERP or accounting systems.
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
