About the Role:
A leading global technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue and market growth across West Africa . The role focuses on selling advanced geotechnical, radar, and monitoring solutions to the mining industry , managing strategic client relationships, and expanding business opportunities through effective sales strategies and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets across the West African mining market.

  • Promote and present the companys mining technology product range to clients, distributors, and industry partners.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and negotiation to closure.

  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to support product and business development.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the mining sector.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets; ensure financial and operational targets are met.

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, finance, and product management to enhance customer experience and product delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards on quality, health, safety, and ethics.

  • Regularly travel within the region to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Mining, Geology, Surveying Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering , or a related field.

  • Minimum 35 years experience in B2B sales within the mining, geotechnical, or engineering technology sectors .

  • Proven track record in business development and achieving sales growth in new markets.

  • Strong understanding of mining operations and monitoring technologies.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM , Microsoft Office , and digital communication tools.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and travel extensively within the region.

  • Fluency in English required; French proficiency is an added advantage.
